  I was shocked and amazed that a book like CoC even existed. I always told people that I talked to that if you want to know what Jw's believe; ask one. So I examined the book because it was by a former JW. It really helped me see both sides and I was able to come to my own conclusions. I recommend it to all. .

  You all remember what it was like to be a JW. - so convinced that even if the WTS makes mistakes it is still the truth. And yes I know how annoying it can be now when you see someone else doing it. But y'all gang up on newbie JWs that come here and it always wind up the same way. Who are you really trying to help here?

  This is a discussion forum for ex-Jw's? He's not an ex. And he certainly is'nt a newbie. Personally I'm not here to help anyone so to speak. Who are we to think we have all the answers.

  just wondering if this happened to any of you.

  did you ever go to the service group and be assigned to the different car groups.....and then....the sister that is assigned to go with you...decline and say...'i am just going by myself today and do my return vistits by myself'..... damn, i should have complained about that one!

  It's good to continue researching and learning, I'd only caution you to do so objectively. You'll hear many opinions and experiences, try not to let them influence what you feel and believe to be true and important.

  In other words. Don't let real life experiences influence what the WTBTS already told you what you should believe. Resistance is futile.
